b) It is speaking to the public
c) It is a happy setting as though it is wonderland the people are in
d) He wants to share his happiness with others
e) To make it as attractive as possible- this way he can captivate the readers attention and have them wish that snapshotland really existed
f) They describe the setting in snapshotland vividly as tells us how interesting it is
step 10:
It makes us appreciate what we really have in real life. Although "choosing to age only when he wishes to" is unrealistic, it reminds us of how fortunate we are to even have food to eat and shoes to wear.
